Go With Your Gut

I spent the first 40 years of my life doing the “right” things. I went to the right college to get the right major for the best job. I married a man with a perfect resume and pedigree. I was on track for my fairytale future. However, there was this nagging voice within me that kept telling me that something just wasn’t right. It resided deep down in my core.

Then came the realization: Your heart knows today what your head will understand tomorrow.

Trust your wisdom. Your intuition is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it will get. As you step into Grace you will begin to allow stillness and quiet into your life. (I know, quiet, right!) But really, you will take time for yourself and as you get quiet you will be offered a chance to get in touch with your intuition aka your gut and this will help steer your heart as you maneuver the potholes and humbling blocks on the Journey of the RAF. Listening to my heart led me to accept my journey through my divorce, diagnosis, career change and many other plot twists! When you begin to listen to your heart whispers it is likely that change is on the horizon. The key is to embrace this change and to continually love and accept yourself. Don’t forget, go with your gut!
